MINDFULNESS:
The 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training: the original mindfulness course, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
By cultivating awareness, a deeper sense of consciousness emerges. This allows you to enjoy the present moment more fully. You also learn to recognize stress triggers earlier and respond differently to habitual thought patterns that no longer serve you.
With mindfulness, you live more consciously and more intensely. Your mind becomes calmer, you relax more easily, concentrate better, and protect your boundaries more clearly. In short: more peace, focus and balance in your life.

8 sessions of 2 hours
Includes VAT, travel costs, all course materials / workbook, audio files, and use of yoga mat, meditation cushion, pillow and blanket.

Single private session: €115 per hour
For a program of 16 hours or more: €95 per hour
Payment in instalments available (no extra fees).
Tip: Ask your employer for reimbursement or check if, as a self-employed professional, you can deduct the costs.
In many cases, partial or full reimbursement is available through a personal development budget or vitality plan.
